We are well aware of the scams and untrustworthy activities happening in Sri Lanka in the field of Social Media Services, specially through the guise of agencies operating online. As a reputable company, we have made a promise to put our client’s trust first and that is why we will be fully transparent throughout your journey with us.
Refunds will be issued only to the bank account provided through the same channel via which you have placed the order or communicated with us.
If for any instance we have lost your design within the guaranteed 6 months of included storage, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of your payment.
Once an artwork has been delivered to you without the watermark, the said artwork will be considered finalized by you and therefore will not be valid for any refunds. Please be kind enough to request corrections you require before asking us to finalized. (To know more about the corrections you are entitled to after the artwork has been delivered without the watermark, please check our FAQ section)
If you want to cancel a management plan in the middle of the month, you will be only charged for the value of the work we have done up until the date of termination of your package, and this will include charges for everything we have preplanned and preprepared for you.
