Can I get likes from a Sri Lankan audience without a proper Facebook ad campaign?

We are committed to authentic engagement and strictly avoid using emulators to artificially increase page or post likes. However, with a well-planned ad campaign, even on a small budget, you can effectively boost your page and post engagement within your desired demographic in Sri Lanka.

Can I pay for my package in installments?

No, all social media management package payments must be made in full at the  beginning of each month. For details on our cancellation and refund policies, please visit our “Refund and Cancellation Policy” page.

What is the difference between normal artworks and Social Media Management?

Our Artworks Only service involves creating designs based on your specifications and delivering the final product. Social Media Management includes a comprehensive approach where we understand your business thoroughly and plan everything from artwork to captions to ad campaign strategies, aiming for optimal results.

What is the difference between an artwork and a product mockup?

An artwork is a digital or print material used for advertisement and engagement, while a product mockup is a digital 3D representation of your product. Product mockups can be used alone or as elements in other designs.

Should I pay for minor changes to my posts after I receive the final artwork?

Minor changes to any artwork are free of charge for six months from the date of final delivery.

How long will you save my design?

We save all artworks for six months. Delivered artworks via cloud storage will be available for 14 days from the delivery date.

Do you accept card payments?

Currently, we do not accept card payments. You can easily transfer payments to our bank accounts via online banking.

What is a revision?

A revision refers to any changes requested after the initial design concept is delivered. We create a design based on your requirements and deliver it with a watermark. Any modifications requested after the first delivery are considered revisions.

How much should I budget for an ad campaign?

Our ad management charges are 500 LKR for a single post boost and 2500 LKR for social media management package boosts (free in Growth and Corporate Packages). Additional charges are paid directly to the social media platform, and we recommend a minimum budget of 3000 to 5000 LKR per boost for significant results.

Can I increase the number of monthly artworks in a Social Media Management plan?

Yes, you can add extra artworks to any Social Media Management package for a flat add-on fee of 300 LKR per additional artwork.

How can I resize my designs?

Design resizes are available for a flat fee of 100 LKR (digital designs only).

Will I get the source files along with my designs?

If you need .PSD or other source files, please inform us before placing your order.

Do you operate from an office or remotely?

We operate remotely but are available 24/7 to answer all your queries via our official channels.
